Exchange Refund and Returns Policy

According to Refund and Returns Policy any product purchased from our Azah studio can be exchanged within 7 days only if:

  • The item is defective or has missing accessories, wrong size/order at the time of delivery.
  • Articles bought on sale cannot be exchanged. If the article purchased at original price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at sale price.
  • Customer must provide the original receipt or invoice to claim an exchange.

Online order exchange policy:

All products purchased from can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only if:-

The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.

There is an issue in the size and you want a bigger/smaller size in the same article

Articles purchased on a discount or on sale are not qualified for exchange.

You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to or by calling at 03099536145, in case you want to raise a dispute.

Replacement will be sent in case a defected/faulty/damaged item is shipped. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at or whatsapp us the picture of the faulty item at 03099536145.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

  • Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • The product is damaged because of use.
  • The product has tampered.
  • Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
  • Accessories: must be returned with the original packaging intact.


Azah studio does not offer a cash refund.

Note: For online orders (local as well as international), the delivery charges for the exchange will be borne by the customer.
